While echoing other sterling reviews, I must point out something that no one else has yet mentioned. I became aware of this book at the University of Chicago. I couldn't put the book down. BUT NO SUCH THEORY NEED TO BE CREATED! We are dealing with people who make most decisions on a hearty combination of feeling (not amenable to intellectualization) and rational thought. They can be found in the body of the book and in the appendix (A1).
