Finally, America was a step closer to true equality for all. Even so, this is a series that I've grown to really like all three main characters, and as a reader, I care about what happens to them as characters. Next time have your child's fifth grade English teacher look it over first. Whether those goals are for work, school, family, and especially ourselves, there just doesn't always seem to be enough time in the day to get things done. God created this earth for us, and we abuse it every day. This is true art. I like books that have a moral, and if this book has one, it is about the importance of giving someone a second chance and to use a cliche "not judging a book by it's cover.". Alas, within minutes of her arrival she alienates the chief eunuch responsible for presenting her to the emperor, and the eunuch fights back by painting a picture of her so hideous that she is banished to a far palace. Part one, entitled "Remembering Edwards's Ministry," is comprised of four essays looking at how Edwards is remembered as a pastor in eighteenth century New England. Great book! Has very good information, easy to find recommendations.Going to share it with my family
