Whoever designed it, did so with the reader (exerciser) in mind. Never been familiar with this type of workout but I actually did one of the foundations and it literally kicked my butt! Couldn't keep up and it does require you to be fit and eat a healthy diet. Short histories are provided for each area, and the book is full of short box essays on sharks, algae, turtles, indigenous people, hurricanes, volcanoes, bioluminescence, and a host of other topics.
