Following his graduation from the Ranger IndocOn my first glance through the book I was impressed. The list of allowed, cautionary and avoid foods are pretty typical which means I don't agree. The final essay in this volume comes from M.X. Had the reproduction been good, this would be a fine book to own. Despair. My husband is going to be reading this book while he is deployed. Storm does a wonderful job of articulating the journey Bram and Matty must take in order to have a future together. THis is all fine and dandy for him but for those who do not share those politics and who genuinely admire Mel Gibson for taking on the Hollywood Establishment, they come across as very patronizing anbd sometimes even worse. I love that book because is simple but contains all you need to know to exercise at home. But unlike those shoddy books like Fukuyama's Our Posthuman Future, or Bill McKibben's laughable diatribe, Enough, I can disagree with Kass while still respecting him as a thinker.
